Compressed hours are the focus of a lot of attention lately with many companies looking at four days a week working or offering more varied types of flexible work to their employees. Compressed hours enable workers to reduce the total number of days that they work by increasing their hours on other days. This gives people more flexibility and control over how they work, a key concern for many people looking for flexible working in the post covid world.
